• Time Frame: Customers have 14 days after receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange.

• Condition: Require the product to be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging materials intact.

• Proof of Purchase: We need receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.

• Refund or Exchange: Refunds or exchanges can be processed as long as the product is in original condition and has been approved by our team.

• Restocking Fee: No restocking Fee

• Return Shipping: The return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Exclusions: Clearance products and items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Procedure:
  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. Send the item back with proof of purchase enclosed.
  3. Our team will inspect the item and notify you regarding the return or exchange process.

Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will be processed for shipment within 2-3 days. Please expect delivery between 5-10 days from the shipping date. For larger orders, shipment coordination will be required with our team.

For orders shipped internationally, including to the United States, please note that customs clearance procedures may apply. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not within StyloNova's control and may vary based on the value of the items purchased.
